Should I be worried about LOW cholesterol?

I recently had my annual blood work done at work. In years previous my cholesterol was borderline high. I started eating Paleo about 2 years ago and since then I've lost 120lbs.

When I met with the nutritionist to review my results from this year she cautioned me that my cholesterol was borderline LOW. My total cholesterol was 156, LDL was 74, HDL was 79, and triglycerides were 60. She said that a total cholesterol number lower than 150 can cause problems and interfere with hormone production.

Has anyone else ran into this? Is it something I genuinely should worry about? I'm not sure what I would change about my diet. I eat plenty of eggs (10-15 a week).

Some populations in the world have lower cholesterol numbers and do fine. I'm not sure you can go by the numbers, read this no way I can summarize it for you.
