I've been paleo for about a year and a half. I eat mainly grass fed meats, healthy fats, coconut milk pudding, green smoothies and sweet potatoes. No fast food, nothing fried, nothing out of a can or carton.

Cholesterol 375

LDL 234

HDL 89

Triglycerides 261

I eat a lot of bacon and eggs for breakfast, well everyday. What is wrong ???

Those triglycerides indicate your carb consumption is most likely the culprit. If you do paleo low carb, you will improve, however, high carb and high fat together is a recipe for disaster whether you are paleo or SAD. Cut out the pudding, potatoes, honey, etc. And try to eat monounsaturated fats in place of saturated fats since they will improve your lipid profile.

I eat avocado's , 2-3 week, and lots of almond butter. However, will cut back on the bacon and eggs :( and the potatoes. Thank you for the replies!

It is just a number, and especially for women in the older years, high cholesterol = longevity according to to studies. You can easily google this for the studies.

Drop the fat, up the carbs. Retest in 3 months.
