What is a good cocoa bar?

Can you all suggest a cocoa bar that I can find on Amazon? I'm looking for one that is dairy free, low glycemic (either low sugar or natural sweeteners), and not dutch processed. Interesting mixins like nuts (mac nuts in particular) would be nice as well.

that's what I thought until I tasted them. You can sample all the chocolates. I HATE dark chocolate and they have 100% and it's actually really good. If you live in venice, ca I recommend stopping by the store. You won't regret it.

The 90% Lindt bar has (slightly) MORE sugar than the 85% bar. How did they manage that?

Ordered one of these to try - will see how it comes out. I guess I should have stated that I was looking for low-fructose as well, which these are not.

They don't say much about how the chocolate is processed (dutch?) but I may just go with this.

Looks tasty but the low sugar bars are nothing special.

Yes yes. 85% is the best combo of flavor and sugar content.

All Lindt dark chocolate (cocoa) bars above 70% are dairy free and obviously low glycemic.

No nuts though. Womp womp.

This isn't Amazon, but these little treasures are amazing!!!! raw, organic, soy, dairy and sugar free, but somehow still wonderfully delicious.

highly recommend the goji and coconut varieties and valenica orange is quite lovely too.
