Note that this needs to remain frozen. *3 ounces 100% chocolate. *3 ounces of coconut oil (I use the Omega Nutrition brand (not the virgin) that uses a steam process to remove the coconut taste but the health benefits remain).
*1 rounded teaspoon of green stevia powder (as opposed to the refined white powder).

Chop up the 100% chocolate with the equal part coconut oil. Add green stevia and melt in double boiler until not totally melted and finish melting off the heat stirring constantly. Pour into miniature loaf pans, divided into 4 pans and put in freezer. They can be popped out when frozen and will be 4 individual bars. This is not tempered chocolate due to the coconut oil so it needs to stay frozen but it's worth it. Half as strong as 100% (with half the stimulants) but with full chocolate flavor, almost a milk chocolate taste. I break it into pieces and eat it that way. Out of the freezer for a while it will soften and is less desirable.

This is similar to what I make on occasion. Melt some coconut oil and add cocoa powder to consistancy you desire. Can add vanilla extract and/or a bit of stevia. I use it to dip banana slices in. If you pour it over ice cream it will harden like Magic Shell.
