Can this be considered Primal/Paleo?

You're probably not doing too much damage, but for me, I try to keep myself under control, because I can throw down some dark chocolate.

FYI Lindt is off limits if you have celiac or gluten intolerance. http://www.lindtchocolatersvp.com/rsvp-products/products-faqs.php

Yikes, I eat 2 squares of 85% a day and I thought that was okay. You really think I'm causing that much damage? Weight is not an issue for me.

I wonder why your liver is craving chocolate. My chocolate cravings are totally gone and I used to be a chocoholic. Try live refrigerated probiotics instead.

Yeah, that's what I suspected. IMHO a bit of sugar is better than those sugar alcohols. They can cause bloating and loose stools, for one. Lindt makes some nice chocolate of different percentages, I think the highest is 90 (I eat the 85).

Not likely. Look as I might, I cannot even find an ingredients list. If it's sugar free because it's completely unsweetened, you may be good to go. Otherwise, find another chocolate.
