That's exactly what chicken breast is my friend...bland rubbery overrated garbage that the "low-fat health puritans" have been trying to convince people is good for us because it has no fat. In the minds of many people the dryer and worse the meat tastes, the healthier it is for you, which we know is pure nonsense. If you do buy chicken, get chicken thighs and sear them in a pan on high heat with olive oil on both sides until golden and delicious, that's where it's at (100 times more flavor). Sprinkle generously with salt and lemon juice.
