Hello I'll be making my first trip to costco today. I've read some stuff online and complied a grocery list of items to get. I was wondering if anybody has any experience with Costcos Coleman Naturals Organic chicken breast or Coastal Range Organic Frozen chicken breasts? I know some companies add salt & water to their frozen chicken breasts does coastal range do this?

And what brands do you guys recommend I buy for organic/raw pistachios, walnuts, macadamia nuts, and pecans?

Nuts should be eaten in small quantities, like 5 or 10 at a time, and the huge gallon-sized drums of nuts fr Costco are very likely to encourage over-eating. I wouldn't buy nuts in bulk like that, just IMHO.
