Which is better? This is what the site says about each.

ORGANIC CHICKEN

Our organic chicken is raised without the use of antibiotics, added hormones or steroids. The chickens are free range and are fed a certified organic grain. There is no use of chemical fertilizers or pesticides. All our birds are raised humanely on local sustainable family farms.

NATURAL CHICKEN

Our natural chicken is traditionally raised without the use of antibiotics, added hormones or steroids. The chickens are free range and are fed a vegetable grain feed without the use of animal by products. All our birds are raised humanely on sustainable Canadian family farms.

Roughly equal with a slight lean towards organic to avoid gmo grains being fed to them.
