So I've read that goats cheese is paleo, along with a few others- is this true?

What are the others? What be the most optimal pale-legal cheese to choose?

Strictly speaking, dairy is not Paleo, it's Primal. Not everyone will tolerate it well. Fermented dairy (yoghurt, kefir) and low-lactose dairy (hard cheeses) may be easier to digest, as is goat's dairy, because the casein found in goat milk is different than cow, and more closely resembles human dairy casein (which most of us drank as babies).

That being said, cheese may or may not work for you. Some find it aggravates acne, stalls weight loss, or causes digestive issues.
