Raw Milk Cheese vs Aged Cheese

I tried searching this site as well as Google but couldn't find what I was looking for. Dairy doesn't seem to bother me so I had a question about cheese.

A vendor at my local farmers market sells a Raw Milk Cheddar and an Aged Sharp Cheddar (Aged 6+ months). Both are from cows that are 100% grass fed and both are delicious.

I was wondering if one was more healthy then the other or if they were both great in their own way. I've also heard that if a cheese is aged for a significant amount of time that it is usually raw milk anyways. I'm not sure if that is true or not. I'll ask the vendor the next time I'm at the farmers market but I was curious what other people thought.

Thanks.

I'd go with the aged cheese as it contains lots of K2.

I think both are equally great! I personally like the taste and texture of aged cheese better.
