Hey @MrNada, the point is none of these animals were available in the paleolithic.

Admittedly I should have said specific fish (like salmon) because that name is too broad. But there were not cows, chickens, or pigs that resembled our current bred animals. Thus none of the protein sources we rely on were actually available to paleolithic man.

Raw grass fed goat milk kefir and homemade (germinated than dehydrated) peanut butter is too divine to let go of and the occasional lindt lindor milk chocolate balls.

gelato, Peanut Butter Panda Puff cereal (corn based, so gluten free but certainly not paleo), pizza from the place I live above (SO HORRIBLE. It smells amazing all the time)

Girlfriends moms Saturday pies... She literally gets offended if I don't eat a decent sized piece. I eat paleo 95% of the time so if a slice of homemade blueberry cobbler 1-2 times a month falls into my 20% then I'm good

Low-sodium V8. It's the most convenient way to get to my goal of 2mg K/calorie consumed/day.
