The dose makes the poison.

How many & how often?

Other than the fact they're totally CAFO meat w/ some sort of factory cheese & chemical spread...how bad could they be?

At least you're not eating the bun & the fries.....

For non-US west coast folks

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/In-N-Out_Burger

In-N-Out Burger is a US west coast, Arizona, Utah & Dallas, Texas fast food burger place.

from the article:

"Double-Double" = (double meat/double cheese)

"Protein style" = (wrap with lettuce; comes with the same ingredients as the burgers except buns)

Animal style burgers are cooked in a thin layer of mustard, and in addition to the lettuce and tomato it also includes pickles, grilled onions, and extra spread.

So the OP is chowing down on two meat patties, two slices of "cheese", lettuce, tomato, pickles, grilled onions & extra spread and wrapped in lettuce. A drippy, runny mess ..pretty tasty but probably not all that good for you as I cannot vouch for the ingredients.
