How long did it take before you felt that you were fully into this new lifestyle
1.When you no longer felt you had to eat more than 2 meals a day?
2. When did you start to feel that the body regulates food intake so that you no longer get hungry unless the body actually needs food?
3. Do you cheat? In that case in what way and how often? (I don't feel any urge to cheat at all, the only thing I really don't want to miss is saffron bread* at Dec 13th, so I'll simply allow myself to bake some hand have one)
* For everyone not knowing what saffron bread is it's a pasture, sweet bread with wheats, sugar and saffron, superdelicious. I plan to make it a little bit better by half the sugar and use coconut sugar instead and switch some of the flour to almond and coconut flour.
