I have been tryin to stick to a paleo diet , grains or legumes is not the problem for me , i literally never crave them . However i am constantly binging on dairy foods , mainly pizza , ice cream and cheese wontons from the chinese restaurant , general tso chicken every now and then as well , i can not leave these foods no matter how hard i try , why is this ??? Can some please help :(

Is this a deficiency ???

Could it be habit-based maybe? What if you interrupt that routine by going for a walk with a friend in the evenings at a time you usually start to think about bingeing? Or maybe you are not eating enough at dinner?

This could very well be the case as well , i have brain fog and bad fatigue but when i binge i feel better the brain fog goes away . It makes no sense

Eating alot of eggs and bacon in the morning with an espresso with tablespoon of coconut oil in it . And then veggies and meat rest of the day . The only time i have carbs is post workout , that will be banana smoothie to replenish glycogen cause i do crossfit . I get the binges only in the night time .

pizza , ice cream and cheese wontons.., general tso chicken

BTW, all three are heavy in grains and sugars which are far worse (imo) than dairy.

Perhaps you are using these as cravings for wheat/sugar unknowingly...

It's difficult to say...how good is the rest of your diet, how long have you been paleo? More information needed.
