Honest Potato Chips?

Has anyone tried these or have any thoughts on them? They are supposedly cooked in coconut oil. Obviously potato chips are not paleo, and there is the whole sweet potato over white potato argument, but wondering if they might be a nice treat on a cheat day that are not as bad as your traditional chips. http://www.honestchips.com/

White potatoes are definitely good for some people's goals. Those who are trying to gain strength and mass like weightlifters eat them regularly after workouts as starch for the sake of starch, not for nutrients. If you're not trying to lose weight, there's no reason to avoid them. Just make sure you are getting enough nutrients from other foods.

White potatoes are decent period. They are easily included in the Paleo framework.

I would eat these if I didn't feel like making my usual "cheat" of sweet potato chips in grass-fed beef tallow.

They sound like an interesting treat. White potatoes are decent for a cheat day, go for it.
