cheat day, bad experience.. causes?

long story short i ate strict paleo like i normally do for 2 weeks straight with the exception this time i didnt eat any carbs. didnt really try to it just happened. lots of coconut milk and meat, avocadoes, veggies etc.

so last night i eat 4 servings of hot cheetos, 1 serving potato skin chips, 1/2 serving little debbie cake, 1/2 serving mentos (small candy), 6-7 oreos.

about 20 minutes later i start mildly shaking, cant concentrate, feels like i took a bunch of medicine and i am slightly high/cant focus/lethargic/tired/ need to lay down/ feels like i may pass out

it was a horrible feeling and i woke up with a masssssive pounding throbbing headache. i slept for 10 hours and still feel like total shit.

yah i need to ask why i felt like i might go into a coma after a mild binge. i expected to feel a little crappy but nothing as bad as i got. especially after only 2 weeks.

I think you know the causes. If you go for weeks without clogging up your body with rubbish & then binge out, (obviously) you are going to feel terrible.

Water, sleep, deffo no sugar to avoid another insulin spike, back to good quality stuff & you'll be right as rain tomorrow.

The more it hurts now the less you're likely to do it in the future. The contrast is too horrendous to put up with. Right?
