Am keeping my strict high fat very low carb lifestyle for year now and tried steak & eggs challenge without carb loads/refeeds.am on my 3th week and i found that i feel amazing with that ''boring'' meals.i was scared at first that i will feel bad and constipated without fiber-veggies,but i feel great.so my plan is to try carnivore diet until it will work and heal my licky guts and rashes,which i have a long time and can't rid of it.
can i eat only fatty beef steaks such as ribeye or i need more variety of meat types and eat organs as well?can i add butter/nut oils/coconut oil to my meat if it's not contain enough fat?

If I was going to do an all meat diet again I would certainly include organ meats & sea food for the micronutrients, and bone broth so glycine balances out the methionine from the meat. Butter or butter oil and coconut or Olive oil would all be great additions and you probably need extra fat as you don't wanna go too high on protein!
I personally found an all meat diet too restrictive, and after a while it caused me to find veggies unpalatable. I think veggies are overrated but they add variety & prepared in the right way taste delicious.
It may help you heal your gut although I found simply eliminating wheat & restricting carbs helped more than anything else, I'm usually fine with fibrous veggies.
