Which foods are good to eat late? which not...

I know some food make heavy sleep and heavy feeling in the morning. Especially white rice i noticed.

im not sure is this related to , how much i moved and was active over the day? or if i combine fats with sugars or starches. like rice with eggs or oils of healthy fats.

Is there any rule or authentic guidlines...
