Im in the paleo diet for 2 months more or less, I feel great and I have lost some fat and look more muscular, but when it comes to my workout time I feel weaker than before. So I suppose this is not strange as I don't take so much carbs as before. I would like to have some advice about good paleo sources of carbs for heavy weight lifting workouts. Thanks.
