I'm going to be doing a carb re-feed on Saturday, aiming for 200-250 grams carbs and 2100 calories. Last Saturday's re-feed was abysmal, I struggled to get over 125 grams of carbs (I'm below 75 daily) and had trouble being low fat after so many days of getting 60%+ of my calories from fat.
So lay it on me, friends, what would you eat for a refeed? I'm cool with fruit, and sweet potatoes but no rice or white potatoes. Any drool unworthy recipes y'all got rolling around in your heads? I've been thinking Paleo Banana Pancakes with real syrup for a start...
