So I need some recipes for high carb paleo along with some staple foods I could use. I'm not intolerant to fructose(but i still prefer a low fructose diet) or nightshade or dairy

Any soup with potatoes in it

Dairy: Crockpot chili cheese fries - Take a pound or two of chicken thighs, cook it in the crockpot with a bit of broth and two tablespoons or more of taco seasonings. Cook on low for 6 hours or until shreddable. Add taco sauce in the end and add to baked french fries and aged cheddar.

Corn: Corn Tortilla Soup (Amazing)

Spiced Yams: I add pumpkin spices to mine and cut them a bit smaller before baking for more caramelized edges

Simple baked sweet potatoes or yams

Sweet Potato fries: dip them in ketchup! Serve with crispy pan fried fish

A nice warm shepherds pie

Corned beef hash is a childhood favorite. Made from potatoes, corned beef and onions.

Classic Oven Fries

Chipotle Burrito Bowl with rice and dairy

Carb Sources you can add to any meal: - Squash (soup, side dish, etc) - Purple Potatoes (Roasted, soup) - White potatoes - Sweet Potatoes (white flesh) - Yams (orange flesh) - Rice - Carrots and Parsnips (good in chicken soup) - Peas (next to Salisbury steak and mashed potatoes) - Rutabaga - Plantains (I think)

Not 100% Paleo but good safe carbs
