I know I know I was a bad cavewoman. I did my best to find ok stuff though.

I had them make me a weird combo with 2 servings of the original (non breaded) wings with the buffalo hot sauce. I ate a little over one serving (7 wings). I also had the spinach artichoke dip on celery and grilled shrimp dipped in cocktail sauce. I only dipped in ranch once or twice and the rest in the spinach/artichoke dip.

I did not get the steak because last time I went there it was really low quality meat and HEAVILY salted. I didnt want to bother with the burgers either. This is not going to be a regular thing (or ever again EW).

I do want to point out that this was during a 4 hour "walkabout" and I was carrying shopping bags during the mile home.

So can you guesstimate the carbs as well as the damage? Thanks!

Don't waste anymore time thinking about it. It's done, nothing y can do about it. Plus, you got all the rest of the meals of your life to eat well, one bad one yesterday or today isn't going to make a difference.

I'm pretty sure chain restaurants have nutritional data on their meals listed on their website. Did you check?

I think the important answer is ???Don???t worry about it.??? ;) One meal off the Paleo isn???t going to ruin your life. You???re probably doing more damage by stressing about every meal.

(As a total aside, if I WERE to worry about a restaurant meal, I???d be more concerned about the likelihood of everything being drenched in vegetable oils than amount of carbs.)

It's safe to say that you shouldn't eat that way again. None of that is paleo safe if you think about it, but if it doesn't totally disagree with you, the best thing to do is just not think about it and don't do it again.

For future reference, things like wings are fried in industrial grade oils and covered in gluten or additives. I bet you couldn't even read half of the ingredients off of the spinach artichoke dip. Going out to eat is always kind of a toss up (I usually just stay home). Burgers sans buns, 1/2 chickens, and large salads are usually pretty safe (asking for dry or in olive oil, and not using their soybean oil-laden dressings).
