Paleo diet making stomach more sensitive?

Hi everyone

I've been doing paleo consistently for almost 3 months now and have noticed that my stomach seems to be more sensitive now than when I was eating gluten/dairy everyday. I wanted to try the paleo diet because I do think it has a lot of beneficial aspects (no processed foods, no grains, etc.). Before I started doing paleo my diet was pretty good, but I definitely ate some high sugar bars/snacks throughout the day. I would eat regular greek yogurt, oatmeal, and ezeikiel bread pretty much everyday with no real stomach issues.

Now since I've been doing paleo, I will randomly get an upset stomach (loose stool/diarrhea) probably like once a week for absolutely no reason that I can pinpoint. This week has been especially bad, with loose stool consistently for 3-4 days.

My caloric intake is quite high because I exercise somewhere between 1.5-3 hours most days. I'm a 26 y/o male eating about 3,000 calories a day with a breakdown of about 25% carbs / 20% protein / 55% fat. I'm leaning toward the high fat intake causing me stomach issues? Maybe I should try to up my carbs quite a bit / protein a little and lower my fat intake? I was hesistant to do this because I know traditionally the paleo diet has a 50-65% fat intake range. Or maybe I should add back in the oatmeal/ezekiel bread/rice of some sort and see how my stomach reacts? Can anyone comment on their thoughts or personal experiences with something like this?
