I ate some softened beef short rib and marrow bones. I'm wondering how the nutritional stats look like? Are there carbs? Thanks!

No carbs in pure bone, it's made of protein called Collagen, vitamins, minerals and calcium.

I don't think there would be any carbs. Bone is made of minerals and I think the marrow is fat.
