All week long I have no trouble with my hunger. I IF daily and eat 3 solid meals during my 8 hour window (usually between 10-6) with no issues whatsoever. I workout 4 or 5 days a week, so I up my carbs when I lift weights or do sprint intervals. Durning the week I generally don't crave sweets or sugar of any kind, but I do have some seasonal fruit 1-2 times a week for the most part.
Lately its been cherry season, and my mother in law has been buying bags of them. I had some yesterday (probably 3 handfuls) more out of being polite at first then me craving them. Once I get started I tend to overdo it a bit...which I think may have been the case. Regardless I felt fine (albeit full) and normal when I was done.
Today when I woke up I felt fuller than usual, but all of a sudden around 8am, BAM, I'm suddenly STARVING. It's only 12:30 and I've eaten my breakfast (3 eggs, avocado), huge lunch (salad with kale, tomatoes, spinach, olives, eggs, turkey + olive oil and balsamic), an apple, some home made kimchi, a bottle of kombucha and some carrots (desperate!). I'm STILL hungry -- what gives? I've noticed this before when I have fruit in the evenings. Any ideas?
