Eating carbs daily

I'm 5'10 115Lbs. lost 5 pounds. I'm trying to maintain weight because I'm thin. Should I eat carbs for breakfast, lunch and dinner? Or less than that?

Sorry for the confusion. Well I was eating carbs daily, but than I did it every other day, then realized I should eating Carbs daily but wasn't sure how much of it.

Yes, eat up (potatoes worked for me when i was rather thin). When in doubt, eat.

Unless you are planning to follow a zero carb diet, which you probably should not be...then, yes you should be eating carbs daily. The amount of carbs you should be eating needs to be determined for your unique situation, but, in general, a good place to be would be between 50 - 100 grams of carb per day, probably closer to 100 grams if you are trying to maintain your weight. Sources of carbs should be things like sweet potatoes and vegetables. Avoid sugar, grains, legumes. Some white rice is certainly okay.

Do you NOT eat carbs daily? This is a weird question.

I'm consistently in Ketosis/very low carb, but I never dip into zero carb. If you're trying to gain weight you should not be in ketosis and you should be eating plenty of carbs.
