One friend email me this small voice up. Do you think people turn into cannibal if they lack in animal product. Is lack of animal products the origin of cannibalism and human sacrifcation???

Is there any science to argue this. ITs very interesting somehow. And why do people turn cannibalism and do this sacrifiyng?! Is it out of lack of food? Or Did the middle american Mya cultures do this cause they had problems to digest the corn?Or do they were just overcarbed?

"One interesting obeservation has been that if people lack the necessary animal foods they turn to canibalism, preying on other tribes. Or in the case of the Aztecs evolved elaborate rituals for sacrifice, keeping the surrounding country side as hunting grounds."

Yep, that's how it begins. And you don't even want to imagine what she tried to eat next. ::shudder:: Poor guy; poor guy.

I agree with Rose ;) we kicked all the vegetarians out of the neighborhood and have not had any episodes of cannibalism, CW strikes again.

Yes. We see this in India, and also in hippie vegetarian communes. Barred from eating animal flesh, people engage in swordfights, and the severed limbs are secretly barbecued and feasted upon. Occasionally, small children disappear mysteriously. If you live with a vegetarian, sleep with one eye open. o_O

I have n=1 evidence that this is the case. I was at a party once, and there was a vegan there. As the party got on, she started nibbling on the ear of some guy. Later, I swear she had overpowered him and was trying to eat his tongue.

I wonder....Turkeys do. If they do not get enough protein they begin to peck each other and then when one of them bleeds, all the others attack it. We fed them scrambled eggs and they stopped attacking each other. THey need bugs and worms...
