Dairy & Sudden Anxiety

I have been pretty much dairy free with the exception of grassfed ghee and occasional kefir.

We recently went to Europe for a month where it was a little challenging to have clean meals everyday, so I decided to just enjoy the experience and try everything for the most part (except things that I knew would harm me such as anything with gluten...I have an intolerance) and this included some cheeses and milk products.

I had coffee with local cream probably 4 times a week and had no issues. In fact -- I had zero stomach issues/noticeable differences during my travels.

I've been travelling a lot for work lately and my guilty pleasure has been decaf cappuccinos from the local Starbucks (sigh).

I've been noticing that lately after having the Starbucks (tall, decaf dry cappuccino = very small amount of coffee and more milk) I have been getting extremely anxious/lightheaded. I feel like I'm going to pass out and I have this serious urgency to grab some carb (any fruit or sugary juice) in order to stop it from happening.

Could there be a link between the dairy I've been having and this sudden onset of anxiety? I've NEVER experienced this before and it's really off putting. I'm starting to feel like I shouldn't go anywhere without an apple in my purse just in case... and it's really throwing me off.
