Carb Loading to Fall Asleep?
Last night I felt ill, and body said to eat some carbs, and a little salt. I obliged (sweet potato chips), and had the best sleep I've had in two weeks. Is this from my body adjusting to a lower-carb diet? Or something else? Any insight would be great, as it may affect my dinner choices.
