By low-carb, hello Ray Peat.

Ray Peat's way of eating makes low carb look like Doody (Well, it is). It's based on improving thyroid and metabolism, not some B.S ideology that we should eat a certain way because our ancestors did.

Inb4 butthurt.

@MeatyMichael, if you're trying to fight somebody why not pick on someone your own size son? Come on down to Atlanta and I'll whoop your ass "1v1" but in the mean time grow some nuts and show enough respect not to spam these boards. You got something to say then shoot me an email, it's in my profile. In the mean time stop flaming these boards like a F'in troll.

Your incorrect. You know why, because I say so! Just kidding. You sound like a noob. Orange juice is a nutrient dense drink full of glycogen refilling fructose, and blood sugar balancing potassium.

Low carb doesn't work for everyone, it doesn't work for me. But you are diluting yourself if you think you're gonna get healthy drinking tons of oj and fructose. It's the opposite end of the spectrum and it's just as wrong in the opposite direction...

I know. All those times I was craving carbohydrates it was because my body was "adapting", lulz! As soon as I would eat something sweet my appetite for fruit/sugar would become huge! Listening to my body and reading Ray Peat's work was the most intelligent thing I have ever done for my health. Matt Stone has also been a huge contributor to helping me ditch dietary dogma.

As someone who follows a lot of Ray Peat's recommendations, could you please stop trolling. You're not going to get more people to try your approach with these idiotic antics.
