Being active and carbs

New here so sorry if this has been asked already. I started Paleo the end of July and I've had amazing results and have not one bad thing to say except after losing 25 lbs I plateaued. I decided to start paying attention to my fat, protein, carb intake. When I started eating less than 70 grams of carbs/day I quickly lost another 8 lbs, but have plateaued again. So, I started 30 day shred today until I can afford a crossfit membership next month (I'm a school bus driver and was off work for two weeks for Christmas break) The problem is I don't want to eat too many carbs and not be able to lose my last 20 lbs, but I'm also worried about not getting enough carbs while becoming more active and end up doing myself harm. Does anyone know what would be a decent range to increase my carb intake to or if I should even worry to increase my carbs at all? Thanks for any advice! :)

I eat a high carb/high protein meal PWO in the evening. I have seen great results with it, even with the occasional unplanned "splurges" that can happen.

I find a high carb meal once a week or so helps.

Be in tune to what your body thrives with, and in suitable quantities. Live to perform, know your machine/your body. Give it what it both prudently desires and shows by response/bodily indicators that it is good for you. Your body reveals.
