Any women heavy lifters with jean problems?

Any ladies that have been heavy lifting have problems fitting their thighs and butt into jeans?

I just started having this problem. I have really dialed in my lifting and have been trying really hard to do leangains style carb load on workout days.. and my god, my thighs have a hard time fitting into my jeans. The waist is fine.. but the thighs!

Any other women with this problem?

@Dan, relax. Lifting heavy weights is in fact part of most Paleo-ers lifestyle.

@Dan, it definately belongs here. From the FAQ: "related to Paleolithic and/or Primal diet, exercise and lifestyle"

@Dan Ehh, it's just fine for this forum. Healthy diet + lifting heavy things = shapely body. Unfortunately, a shapely body may have unique issues, since stylish clothes aren't designed for varied body types. With unique issues, I'd reach out to people like me for help - wouldn't you?

Well, is it a problem? That's the other side of paleohacks. I mean, bragging is Paleo. Maybe we need a paleobrag site. Does it fit on palehacks? Paleo road trip to verify that this is, in fact, a problem? Wait, cars aren't paleo. Whoa man, that's a long walk. I think I'll just let her brag. Besides, we are guys- to us this isn't a problem, its a feature.

Am I the only one who thinks this doesn't belong in a Paleo forum?

I don't think it's bragging but it certainly isn't the worst problem to have either. I don't lift heavy but my quads have grown appreciably enough that I'm constantly pulling the legs of my jeans down because they are tight over the thighs (and a little too big in the waist although no one would accuse me of having an hour-glass figure). The garment industry just doesn't size pants for athletic women. Agree with RK, if it's problem then have your jeans altered to fit.

I've pretty much had that problem my whole life, muscles or not. Even women's jeans are cut for people who have no differentiation between waist size and hip/thigh size (ie, curves).

I buy pants to fit my thighs, and have the waist / upper hip tailored down to fit. And the length.

maybe see a tailor?

or just quit wearing jeans. i'm sure it's not comfortable wearing clothes that don't fit. stick to yoga pants.

Hey you should see what us men go threw, majority of jeans i try on even Diesel etc are semi skinny jeans i have to go to south america or europe to get a pair that fit a man not an skater boy

My advice is to look into south american brands from brazil or colombia as woman there are naturally curvey and they fit that build allot more, i garuntee you will find what you need.
