Advice on carb cycling/backload

Just wonding if I could get people's thoughts and advice on carb cycling? 18 months ago I lost of lot of fat (over 20kg) eating ketogenic. I put it all back on after my wedding and now eating that way results in my feeling really lethargic and my excess fat not moving.

I'm thinking it might be time to experiment with carb cycling instead.

Has anyone found that ketogenic stopped working for them? Did carb cycling help? How did you do it? Any Advice? What are the best books/articles on the topic?

Thanks in advance for your help.

Oh, and like everyone who eats paleo, I'm blogging my experience. If you're interested you can follow me here: http://itstimeformetogethealthy.tumblr.com/

Would love any support you can give.

Slow steady weight loss is the only way to set yourself up for a lifetime of proper health. Gimmicks don't work longterm in general. Keto didn't last for you, carb cycling won't last, you need something that requires no thought and is natural for you. In my case Paleo/Primal is simple and effective.
