Peanut butter is very healthy and fight against many problems. It is a major source of protein and has many health benefits. When consumed in moderate amounts, eating a high quality peanut butter like this can actually improve your heart health, especially when compared to those who seldom or never eat nuts. It is an excellent source of potassium. It provides good fat to our body. Peanut butter contains high amount of calories hence, works as an energy booster. Enrich with fiber; 2 tablespoon serving of peanut butter not only packs in lots of protein but also gives 2 grams of fiber. Helps in weight loss and full of nutrients that a body needs.

There are organic and natural peanut butter available in the market. Both have same benefits but organic butter might be more Nutritious, little bit different in taste and costs more.

Peanuts are not nuts, they are legumes, so just like beans, they are not paleo.
