Low carb withdrawal - my solution

Hello - I just wanted to share with you my experience with carb withdrawal. I experienced sluggishness, thrist, aniexty, headaches, and hot flashes for nearly a month! Of all of these, the anxiety was the worst. I felt as though I was climbing the walls. I had no energy. Still, I stuck with the diet because, to be honest, slipping back into a high-carb diet didn't make me feel much better.

Here's what got me through:

For the thirst: 1 glass of salt water 3-4 times a day

For the anxiety: plenty of walks and fresh air

For the sugar cravings: 1,500 mg for L-Glutamine and P-5-P - both can be found at your local Vitamin Shoppe.

The supplements definitely helped me immensely!
