Absorption of enteric coated capsules

Hi, I have a question about the enteric Coated peppermint/oregano oil capsules that I've started taking recently from the brand Natural Factors.

Is capsules are very small, pea sized and on a daily basis I can see the remnants of the shell of the capsule in my stool.

My question was is this okay since the liquid must've been absorbed before the shell went through my system? Or does this mean that it went straight through my system without being absorbed fully?

The shell is made out of gelatin and glycerin and enteric coating.

i have had the exact same thing happen with enteric coated peppermint capsules. the brown little shells would come out broken in the toilet but i knew they opened in my colon because it felt like toothpaste coming out my butthole.
