Hello all, long time listener, first time caller.

I'm a 22 year old male, 6'3'' 175 lbs.

I've been Paleo for 4 years, started as low carb but switched to Perfect Health Diet about 2 years ago. I intermittent fast daily a la Leangains, and my typical daily diet includes:

1 Quart Homemade Kefir using Raw Milk

2 Cups Homemade Chicken Stock

4 Eggs

1 Large Japanese sweet potato or white rice cooked in stock. Avg. 150-200 grams of carbs.

16 oz. Ribeye

4 oz. Liver

Various Vegetation

Everything cooked in coconut oil or Kerrygold.

I'm reasonably active, I ride my bike about 10 miles a day, do plenty of walking and Lift Heavy 1-2 times per week.

Ok so now the Issues, I've lost about 20 lbs since going Paleo, and much of my health has improved, but there are a few things I still can't quite figure out. I've been suffering from Tonsil Stones for about 4 years, which give me horrible halitosis and general social anxiety. And despite dropping down to a healthy weight I'm still holding onto a large amount of water/fluid, mostly on my abdomen and chest following the main arteries of my Lymphatic System. It looks like fat but its much more soft/jiggly with an almost rippled texture underneath. I also have dandruff and most recently a fungal infection on my toenail which is on the actual nail, not underneath it.

After a few months of research I started to lean towards a yeast overgrowth as the culprit. I've taken antibiotics twice in my life, once for pneumonia and once for possible Lyme's Disease. On each occasion I gained considerable weight after the course of antibiotics, upwards of 30 pounds in a 6 month period. It was after the most recent course 4 years ago that I started getting Tonsil Stones.

As of 6 months ago I was suffering from fatigue, light headedness, sugar cravings, and depression/irritability as well. I was able to eradicate that by doing a combination of GAPS and Large doses of natural antifungals:Coconut oil/Garlic/Grapefruit Seed Extract which in turn caused severe die-off reactions in the form of the most unusual bowel movements I've ever had. I'm talking mucous, tentacle like objects, white furry patches, and an endless supply of other miscellaneous/unidentifiable objects. After a few days of that I saw drastic improvements in all areas of my health except for the tonsil stones, edema, scalp/nail fungal infections.

I'm thinking the Fluid retention could be due to an over taxed Lymphatic system, possibly its what I can feel underneath my skin? Its the only thing I can come up with that would correlate with the tonsil issues as well. I just started a Course of Powdered Nystatin in hopes of eradicating any remaining yeast, so far I've had no die-off of any kind and haven't seen any improvements with the frequency of tonsil stones, the edema, or the hair/nail fungal infections, but its only been 4 days since I started.

Thank to anyone who took the time to read this post, I truly appreciate it. I look forward to all questions/feedback/suggestions, etc.

EDIT* I also have a yellow coating on the back of my tongue, it used to be that my whole tongue was YELLOW!!! but it's started to recede over the past 6 months.

*Paul Jaminet, you opinion would be greatly appreciated

go get your levels of vitamins and minerals tested. get some good quality probiotics. maybe even cut the kefir and switch to homemade raw yogury. drop the carbs, up the egg yolks. if you start to lose weight eat a bit more and cut down on exercise
