I am having 500g of mince with fat = 1000 cals In two meals

Then I have an egg yolk, some goose fat, tallow, duck fat and coconut oil.

Barely hitting 1500

Carbs make me feel really awful even veg.

I think I have leaky gut so avoid nuts etc

I need more fat but how? I feel tired all the time... even with 8 hours sleep.

Feeling tired all the time while overweight and struggling with weight loss, while not eating fruit and not eating vegetables, not eating nuts / seeds, not eating carbs / starches, and basing your diet on frequent saturated fats heavy in cholesterol and still feeling hungry all the time doesn't sound like a nutrition plan that's working well for you, then modifying that plan to include more fat doesn't seem like a step in the right direction.

Have you had an intestinal barrier function test or antigenic permeability assessment?

I average 800-1200 calorie meals, occasionally thrown down 2,000 kcal feasts, but, my diet includes plants. If you're going the meat route, you're going to need to make great use of bones / organs and fish head / pig feet style meal planning, and toss in some supplemental vitamins / minerals for good measure.

add bacon, steak, milk (if tolerable), coconut milk or butter, chicken with the skin, pork, etc. just focus on feeling full, not necessarily hitting a certain number of calories.

- Add an avocado to your meal

- Change that egg yolk to 2-3 full eggs

- Have you tried steamed sweet potatoes for carbs?

- Some very dark chocolate would be a nice, calorie-rich treat

- Make a smoothie! Throw chia seeds, MCT oil, berries...blend up and enjoy
