Just joined Fitday. They gave me a certain number of calories to eat in order to lose a pound a week. I'm looking to lose about 7lbs, so not too much. I work out about an hour a day (spinning, kickboxing, or weights). After tracking what I've eaten today and putting in my recipes for dinner, my fat and protein is completely blown out. I've gone over by 19g and 33g. I'm under in calories by about 150.
Should I not worry about this? Is Fitday just geared toward conventional wisdom regarding fat/calories/carbs (speaking of carbs, I'm under by 144!)?
I haven't really been tracking much of anything since I started Paleo in February, but I like to see what I've eaten and how much I've exercised, so I plan to continue with it. I just want to be sure that I don't need to worry about the amount of fat when I'm staying within range for calories. (hope that makes sense!)
