How many calories in chicken breast per 100 grams?

Hello to all Just curious if anyone has the caloric value of chicken breast per 100 grams. Will be having it with no skin and it will be grilled. Have been to many sites but they all have different opinions, which differ greatly.

That's the answer I was going to give. Even with the skin, I only eat the breast mixed half and half with dark meat or beef fat, etc.

(panicking) Where is the skin? WHAT DID YOU DO WITH THE SKIN? Do yourself a favor and fry up that skin and give that poor, dry, grilled breast a big bacon hug.

Why are you stripping out all of the fat? Fat is the fuel behind a paleo diet. I wouldn't ever I think it's important to not eat too many calories but calorie restriction makes little sense in the paleo world. You're better with regular consumption with the occasional IF than you are to count every calorie.

Fitday.com is generally a decent estimate and you can plug in whatever estimate you want. For 100 grams it says 164 calories.

The answer is, it doesn't matter. This isn't a low fat or calorie restriction diet.
