How to get enough paleo calcium?

I'm about to cut out all dairy, and am a bit worried about my calcium. Where did paleolithic people get their calcium? Can I possibly get it all from veggies? It doesn't seem like I can...

I do have some Vitamin D and Calcium/Magnesium vitamins, but they're running out and I won't be able to replace them for a few months. :( Also, they didn't need those in the past, so why should I have to use them now?

Are modern paleo people deficient in calcium? I know there is some calcium in non-dairy but from what I've seen it looks like 1/2 the amount, sometimes less. So I'm a bit worried.

What foods should I be eating to get enough calcium in my diet? (also, I may still be eating butter, but that is it in regards to dairy). Thanks!
