Calcium potassium and iron

I never seem to get enough of them in my daily diet. I have never had enough calcium. Not even as a child since I've never liked milk/cheese and other dairy that people normally eat. I like butter, cream and ice cream but that i didn't have too often.

Since going paleo I haven't had any of that at all. Are there anything you can recommend me ad to my diet to get those in a natural way?

I usually eat 100-150 gr beef a day, the rest is chicken, pork and sea food. Protein wise, eat too much nuts and almonds. The rest is all sorts of vegetables, love broccoli and cauliflower and mixed salads, coconut oil, olive oil, avocados and olives. Been eating lots of mushrooms lately since it's fall.

Been able to get less hungry and eat around 2000 kcal a day.

Maybe potassium is not a problem in that case and the iron is just about upping red meat?

Nuts, seeds, green leafies, sardines… Calcium is one of those things that paleos generally never get enough of. Potassium, veggies all the way. The important thing with respect to potassium is getting it in balance with sodium, your body regulates sodium-potassium balance, but limiting sodium helps with your potassium needs.

Not enough iron? Really? Surprised given paleo tendencies to go bonkers over beef.

Curious as to what you are eating…
