Yak Butter Tea?????

How many of you have ever tried yak butter tea? What did it taste like? Did you like it, and how was your digestion?

Have you tried making it at home with cow butter and milk? I guess it's kind of like the bulletbroof coffee.

I actually just had a yak brought in, and I keep it on my balcony, so I can milk it and make my own yak butter. It is economically more feasible than flying a fresh batch of butter every week.

I already drink tea with a lot of cream, but this is a very concentrated tea with butter and it also has salt in it. That's why I was asking what it tastes like? It's no sweet/unsweetened tea we are used to.

I smelled a lot of rancid yak butter when I was in Nepal and Tibet :-/

You can perfectly well make tea with cow butter, or, to keep a bit more traditional, tea with cream (which is just unchurned butter). I recommend very strong Assam tea if you're going to be adding cream to it.

I had some yak butter flown in and it really does make a huge difference, using the yak butter I would say my energy level is 87% greater than using cow butter, also the grey in my hair has gradually disappeared and now I have jet black hair like when I was young. Finally my sexual potency has tripled. There may be even more benefits I am scheduled to have a complete blood workout next week.
