Dr. Cordain Interview on Dr. Eenfeldt's Site

I just listened to Dr. Cordain's interview with Dr. Eenfeldt on Eenfeldt's site -- dietdoctor.com. I knew that Cordain's stance on saturated fat had evolved but was surprised that he stated that butter was ok to consume. Isn't this at odds with his betacellulin theory? Also seems a bit contradictory to claim butter is fine but heavy cream somehow isn't. He also didn't differentiate between effects of bovine dairy on human IGF-1 versues the effects of sheep or goat dairy on human IGF-1.

I'm so glad I have NO issues with diary- cheese, raw milk (both goat and bovine), yogurt, all play a vital role in my diet when training. I cook with LOTS of butter.

Butter has most of the protein removed, unlike cream. Plus (most) people don't consume a cup of butter.
