I know we're lacking a definition at the moment for Paleo itself, but I wonder if there are some common elements we might agree on. Giving prescriptive answers rather than a methodology for making decisions, citing reductionist nutritionism over a holistic food theory, the trumping of common ancestry with modern individualism, the stress when the character count isn't quite enough to establish most of us agree with each other when it's getting late at night. None of these things seems quite right to me, which raises some questions.
Is PaleoHacks definitively non-paleo? Is it Paleo enough 80% of the time? Does it require intermittent breaks of at least 16 hours a day to maintain a healthy attitude? Is it best to only get involved in an intense session once a week? Would PaleoHacks be better with a picture of some bacon on the side?
