Not exactly. Coconut flour is far more fiberous so you'd need a lot less of it, so it's not a 1:1 exchange, you're better off finding recipies that are designed to use coconut flour instead of experimenting.

You can also switch to almomd, white rice or arrowroot flours, but each of those will have their own characterisitics. So, basically, whatever recipe you want, for example, chocolate chip cookies, search for it on google with, "almond flour paleo chocolate chip cookies" instead.
