I took a bean from the whole bean coffee(from the grocery store) I use everyday and one bean from bullet and chewed each one independently and my usual coffee bean tasted a bit ashy but the bullet coffee did not. I also brewed bullet coffee and it was very smooth and it didn't get bitter after I left on the heat for an hour. As for the fat(i used coconut) with the bullet it was very smooth and It was not the greasy mass I expected, a bit of cinnamon added when blending was very good, and cinnamon is good for you. I have no attachment to bullet in fact I am on a search of where to buy a good quality coffee at a better price. Was this taste test a true method of judging coffee?
