My stomach is growling in the morning despite adding 2 tbs of kerrygold butter and 1 tbs of organic coconut oil to my organic coffee. Help! Im on 16/8 and eat well the night before.

If you're just starting out, stick with it a while - your mitochondria might not yet be adapted to burning fat and ketones just yet, especially if you're coming from a Standard American Diet where almost everything is carbs.
If you've been doing this a while, make sure you're actually eating enough and that you're getting some carbs too (though shift those to night). Maybe you need more micronutrients that you're not getting from what you're eating so far. Any specific cravings?
Also, IF is not ok for everyone, usually doesn't seem to work well for some females, while it works for others.
