I started to be gluten free about three weeks ago, but I wasn't eating a lot of gluten then. I've also stopped all the primary food allergy foods, although I had a few mishaps by mistake, like with mayonnaise. About a week ago I started the bulletproof coffee, using coffee I had. I like it and will order upgraded. However, since then I have gained four pounds when up to that point I had been losing weight. Could it be the extra fat from the coffee? I've had lots of veggies each day an one or two pieces of fruit. I don't think I'm pooping as much as usual and my legs and eyes have been swollen (usual reaction to gluten).
