1st day of BP coffee & terribly nauseous ...???

I made BP coffee today with 2 tbsp of Kerrygold butter & 2 tbsp of Coconut Oil. It was drinkable to say the least coming from a vanilla latte kind of girl but as the day progressed I got more & more nauseous. Any ideas why? Any recommendations to help with the nausea?

Stop wrecking your coffee with butter and try using heavy cream.

I'm curious as to how this progresses, because I'm also interested in trying out the BP coffee. If I do though, most likely won't add that much fat!

@August's answer is the most likely culprit - many people are highly allergic down to only "sensitive" of coconut oil.

That seems like a lot of coconut oil to start off with if you haven't supplemented with it in the past...Heck, even 1 tablespoon is enough to give people the runs if they aren't used to it.

Coconut oil makes me sick too.

That is a super common response to the first time you have a lot of coconut oil at once. I did the same thing and thought I was gonna die. You have to work up to that much.
